1. Eligibility (18+ Only)

  • Camdiv is strictly an 18+ platform.
  • Users under 18 are not permitted under any circumstances, including with parental consent.
  • By using Camdiv, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
  • We reserve the right to verify age at any time and suspend or permanently ban accounts suspected of violating this rule.
  • Any attempt to access Camdiv as a minor will result in immediate termination.

2. Nature of the Service (Not a Dating Site)

  • Camdiv connects users globally for random live video and audio interactions.
  • Camdiv is STRICTLY NOT a dating site.
  • Users seeking romantic relationships, dating, or sexual partners are not welcome.
  • We do not control who you are matched with. Matches are completely random.
  • Interactions are real-time and user-generated.
  • You use the service at your own risk.

3. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities

  • Camdiv enforces a Zero Tolerance Policy for illegal, harmful, or abusive behavior.
  • You agree NOT to engage in:
    • Abuse, Harassment, Hate Speech: Discrimination or bullying of any kind.
    • Dating/Romantic Solicitation: Asking for dates, relationships, or sexual favors.
    • Explicit Content: Nudity, sexual acts, or sexually suggestive behavior.
    • Illegal Acts: Drugs, weapons, violence, or self-harm.
    • Spam/Solictation: Advertising, scams, or selling services.
  • Violations may result in immediate suspension or permanent ban without notice.

4. Live & Authentic Interaction Requirement

  • Camdiv is built for real, live human interaction.
  • You must use your actual, live face and appear on camera in real time.
  • It is strictly forbidden to point cameras at screens, use static images, filters, masks, or virtual cameras.
  • Any attempt to bypass this may result in account termination.

5. Reporting & Moderation

  • Users are encouraged to help keep Camdiv safe via the in-app Report feature.
  • When reported, a moderation snapshot of the user’s video may be captured solely for safety/compliance.
  • Camdiv uses automated systems, AI tools, and human review.
  • Receiving multiple reports in a short time may result in automatic suspension or banning.
  • Do not retaliate against offensive users; retaliation itself is a violation.

6. Data Collection & Privacy (Summary)

  • Camdiv respects user privacy. Chats are NOT recorded (video or audio).
  • We automatically check IP addresses to detect bans (3 strikes = 24-hour ban).
  • We use Grafana Cloud to capture events, storing only IP-related information and geo data for security and legal compliance.
  • We do not guarantee anonymity. For full details, refer to our Privacy Policy.

7. User Responsibility & Assumption of Risk

  • You are solely responsible for your behavior and content.
  • Camdiv is not responsible for actions, statements, or conduct of other users.
  • You may encounter offensive or inappropriate behavior despite moderation.
  • Camdiv does not guarantee a safe or positive experience.

8. Account Suspension & Termination

  • Camdiv reserves the right to suspend or terminate access at any time.
  • We may remove users without notice or explanation.
  • We may block IP addresses or devices to enforce bans.

9. Law Enforcement Cooperation

  • Camdiv may cooperate with law enforcement agencies.
  • We may share relevant data when legally required or to report suspected criminal activity.
  • This may occur without prior notice to users.

10. Intellectual Property & Disclaimers

  • All content, software, and branding belong to Camdiv. No copying or reverse engineering.
  • Service is provided "as is". No warranties regarding uptime, behavior, or safety.
  • Limitation of Liability: Camdiv is not liable for indirect damages or emotional distress.
  • Global Use: You are responsible for complying with local laws.

11. Changes to These Terms

  • We may update these Terms at any time.
  • Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
  • Users are responsible for reviewing changes.

12. Community Guidelines

  • By using Camdiv, you also agree to follow our Community Guidelines.
  • Failure to adhere to these guidelines regarding respect, safety, and prohibited content will result in immediate action.
